OUT NOW: Snow Ghosts - Secret Garden

The third and final release from Snow Ghosts' debut LP 'A Small Murmuration' is out today. The typically atmospheric 'Secret Garden' has proven a live favourite, with its tumbling drums and infectious vocal refrains. 

We're really excited about what is probably one of the widest-ranging remix packages we've had on the label to date. Avant-garde composer and multi-instrumentalist Richard Skelton deconstructs 'Secret Garden' into solemn, yet evocative ambience, whilst on the reverse, the experimental house music iconoclast Matthew Herbert coaxes it onto the dancefloor with typically idiosyncratic verve (with his remix also provided in instrumental form as a digital bonus). 

Black Acre's Blue Daisy features on the album version of 'Covenant', and he returns here with Hey!Zeus to represent his Dahlia Black collective, rounding out the EP with a raw, horror-core influenced hip-hop remix.

The 12" release is strictly limited to 300 copies, and cut to heavyweight 180g vinyl by Matt Colton. As ever, order the vinyl from the Houndstooth store and receive free WAVs. The release is available digitally, including the bonus Matthew Herbert Instrumental, from iTunes and all download stores.
