The most popular upload to the Houndstooth YouTube channel to date, hovering close to 100,000 views, is Snow Ghosts' 'And The World Was Gone', the second track to be taken from Snow Ghosts' debut LP 'A Small Murmuration'. It's also the first single from the album to be released on 12", and comes with remixes by Roly Porter (one half of bass duo Vex’d), who brings out the track’s darkness, whilst D&B maestro Calibre emphasises the melancholy in its melody with a version that Friction made his 'Remix of the Week' on his BBC Radio 1 show. Finally, in-demand Bristol producer Kahn, part of the city’s blossoming Young Echo collective, provides the most arresting cover version imaginable.
